KYC
Expect ID, proof of address and payment-method ownership. First cashouts are often slower than advertised “instant” times until KYC clears.

Use the calculator for bonus maths and payment hubs for the cashier.
Licensed operators must identify players. Typical documents are a passport or national ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and screenshots or photos that show the deposit method is yours. Some brands also ask for source of funds on larger cashouts.
Advertised withdrawal times usually start after KYC is approved, not when you click withdraw. Incomplete files, mismatched names or VPN use are common delay reasons. Closed or poorly licensed sites may stall or ignore documents; that is a reason we keep a closed-brand list.
Never send documents over unofficial chat. Use the cashier or account area on the operator’s official domain.
