OASIS
If you are in OASIS, legal German online casinos must refuse you. Offshore sites that skip OASIS are not a safe workaround.
How to use this entry
- 1
Find the term again in the review or T&Cs.
- 2
Open the linked lists and tools instead of treating the glossary as a ranking.
- 3
Confirm figures on the operator site.
- 4
Use the calculator for bonus maths and payment hubs for the cashier.
OASIS (Spielerdatei) is the German self-exclusion and third-party exclusion system under the State Treaty on Gambling. A GGL-licensed operator has to query it. An active entry means you should not be able to register or play on those brands.
Self-exclusion is a protection tool, not a bonus tactic. Circumventing it via a Curaçao or Anjouan site can make harm worse and leaves you with weaker complaint options. Our German reviews note OASIS status where it applies.
We publish a longer German-language guide on playing without OASIS — that page explains the legal picture, it is not an invitation to evade a ban.
