What it is
Prepaid Vouchers is prepaid: a capped code or balance, not an IBAN. More realistic in Germany than Flexepin if it is an EU voucher. Cashout to the same PIN is uncommon.
A bucket for vouchers when Neosurf/Paysafecard are not named. Keep the receipt; KYC still hits at cashout.
