Poker Odds Calculator

Compare two to four Hold’em hands. Add a flop, turn or river if you have one. The tool reports equity, win and tie — it does not beat the rake.

How this poker calculator works

  1. 1

Seat two to four players and deal each exactly two hole cards from the grid. Used cards cannot be dealt again.

  2. 2

Optionally add the flop (three cards), then turn and river. Empty later streets are simulated.

  3. 3

Read equity (share of the pot if the hand ran many times), exclusive win rate, and ties.

  4. 4

With two players on the flop or turn, outs are unseen cards that make Player 1 ahead on the next street.

What a poker odds calculator is actually doing

A poker calculator does not predict the next card. It counts (or samples) remaining runouts and asks how often each hand is best at showdown. Equity is win plus a fair share of ties. That is the same idea as “what percent of the pot is this hand worth if we never fold.”

Preflop matchups (for example Ace-Ace versus King-King) use random five-card boards. After a flop, the remaining combinations are small enough to enumerate exactly. The ranking underneath is the same ten-hand order as our poker hands ranked chart — royal flush through high card.

Casino poker (casino hold’em, three card poker) still charges a commission or banker edge on top of these odds. Online raked Hold’em takes a fee from the pot. This tool does not model rake, ICM, or folding. It is not a signal to deposit. 18+ (21+ where required).

Poker calculator FAQ

Yes. It compares hole cards plus an optional community board using standard high-hand ranking. It is not Omaha, Stud, or video poker.
